    Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) will soon be the predecessor to Android 5.x (Lollipop). The main improvements in Android 6 includes extended battery life, permissions dashboard, overall user experience, USB Type-C (USB3.1 or Superspeed+), and fingerprint recognition. Android 6 uses Android API 23, and developers can use Android SDK 6. Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) is expected to be released in the Fall of 2015.
