DexOS (http://www.dex-os.com/) is an 32-bit operating system written in Assembly and compiled with the fasm assembler. DexOS can be used as a web-server. The system also supports games and web-browsing. DexOS also allows users direct access to their hardware.
DexOS works on x86 and ARM processors. The command-line is Windows-like.
